I hope that the information within this website will give you an insight into the character of our school and all the many qualities which make it such an exciting place. I am very proud to be the Headteacher of Epsom and Ewell High School and of the community of young people and adults, who make it such a vibrant place in which to study and work.

In partnership with parents and the community, we seek to prepare our students for the challenges of the modern world; we want them to flourish and grow during their time with us, develop all their many gifts and talents and go on confidently to achieve their ambitions, whatever they might be.

Having read the contents, if you require any further information, please telephone or email the school office. Alternatively, you may wish to see the school in action: we welcome visitors either at one of our open evenings/days or by appointment for a tour of the school. We will be delighted to show you around.

Y7 boys win North East Surrey Sports Partnership League

Congratulations to the Y7 boys football team on becoming league champions. The final match of the season saw the boys gain a 3-1 victory over Hinchley Wood School. After an evenly matched first half, the team went into the final 15 minutes at 1-1, making it a very tense affair. With two minutes left Epsom and Ewell found the extra gear they needed scoring two goals in quick succession through Jamie White and Marley Fraser-Doswell to win the match 3-1. This is a great achievement for all the boys and it marks a really positive start; let’s hope that they can repeat the feat next season! Special mention must go to Jay Hawkings who has also played exceptionally well throughout the season.

Year 11 Football

Our year 11 football team won the North Surrey Schools League for the 3rd year running last night beating The Priory 3-1. Congratulations to the whole team, led by Jack Knight who also scored a hat trick in the game. This is the third year running that the boys have won this competition and they have only lost one game in this competition since the beginning of Year 9.
