• Support the professional development and retention of good and outstanding teachers
• Sustain and improve on current levels of pupil progress by securing Key Stage 4 performance in 2011 that represents FFT column D targets + 8%-10%  overall
• Sustain and build the role of the school in the context of the wider community of schools.
